Ingredients:

  • 2 Large Pretzels

  • 6 Boneless Chicken Thighs

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1/4tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 1/4tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1/4tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1cup All Purpose Flour (00)

  • 3 Burger Buns

  • 3 Slices Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 Onion

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • Fresh Salad/Lettuce

  • Mayonaise

  • Ketchup

  • Oil For Frying

Directions:

  • 1. Tear the pretzels into pieces and drop them into a food processor whizzing them in bursts until you break them into large breadcrumb size.

  • 2. Flatten out the chicken with a meat tenderizer. Do not make them too thin! Season both sides with salt.

  • 3. Beat eggs with pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dijon mustard.

  • 4. Flour the chicken, dip in the egg mixture and coat well with pretzel crumbs.

  • 5. Heat about an inch of vegetable oil and fry chicken at 160°c for 3 minutes per side.

  • 6. Lightly toast the burger buns and build your burger as shown, serve with fries and enjoy!
