Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2tbsp Lamb Brand Chia Seeds

  • 5tbsp Milk (any kind)

  • 1tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • 1/4tsp Vanilla Powder (or essence)

  • 2tsp Honey

  • 1tbsp 0 Fat Greek Yoghurt

  • 1tsp Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a small jar or cup add the chia seeds, 1teaspoon of honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla powder, and add enough milk to cover everything.

  2. refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.

  3. The chia seeds should turn into a gel.

  4. Add the yoghurt, 1 teaspoon of honey, and chocolate chips, and enjoy.
