Smoked Salmon Brown Ftira

Easy, guilt-free lunch. Toasted brown ftira topped with creamy cheese, herbs, and smoked salmon.


Ingredients for 2 portions:

  • 2 Maypole Small Brown Ftiras

  • 3tbsp Light Cream Cheese

  • 1tsp Finely Chopped Parsley

  • 1tsp Chopped Chives

  • 1tsp Lemon Juice

  • Freshly Ground Pepper

  • 2 Ready-to-eat Avocado

  • 4 Slices Smoked Salmon

  • 1tsp Capers

  • 1/2 Small Shallot

Method:

  1. Slice the ftira in half and toast it.

  2. Combine the cream cheese with the herbs, lemon juice and some freshly ground pepper until smooth.

  3. Spread the cream onto the ftiras.

  4. Slice the avocados thinly and place them on the cream cheese, followed by the smoked salmon slices.

  5. Finish it off with some capers, thinly sliced shallot, some pepper and a dash of squeezed lemon.
