Mars & Oreo Log
Only 3 Ingredients this crispy log goes well with the kids!
Ingredients:
350g Mars Bars
150g Rice Pops
2pkts Oreo Double Cream
Directions:
Melt the mars bars in a microwave for about a minute on full power.
Mix well the chocolate with the rice pops and shape into a log using aluminium foil.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Scrape off the cream from the Oreos.
Crush the biscuits and melt the cream in a microwave for 30 seconds.
Brush the cream onto the log.
Cover the whole log with the crushed biscuits.
Drizzle some powdered sugar before serving.
Do not refrigerate, otherwise the log will get dry and hard to cut.
