Leftover Chicken Burgers

Do you love mayonnaise with burgers? Now try using it with your patty mix. It's a game-changer! Using leftover chicken and served with cranberry sauce these babies are also perfect for BBQs

Ingredients (for 1 big patty or 2 smaller ones) :

  • 200g Cooked Shredded Chicken

  • 50g Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise

  • Fresh Basil

  • 15g Parmesan Cheese

  • 2tbsp Breadcrumbs

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Colman's Cranberry Sauce

  • Burger Buns

  • Lettuce

  • Onion

  • Tomatoes

Directions:

  • 1. Shred the cooked chicken and place it in a bowl.

    2. Add the mayonnaise, Parmesan, basil (chopped or whole if it's small), and season with salt & pepper.

    3. Add the breadcrumbs and mix everything together.

    4. Form into one big patty or two smaller ones and press them well.

    5. Refrigerate them for at least an hour so they will hold their shape.

    6. Fry them into some olive oil or grill them on a BBQ.

    7. Combine the burger with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and finish them off with cranberry sauce.

    8. Enjoy!
