Baked Pasta with Tuna

Do you feel like making baked pasta but have little time? Try this recipe! Also, I’m using gluten-free pasta which makes it easier on the stomach.

Ingredients for 3-4 persons:

  • 400g Nutri Mio Gluten-Free Penne Rigate

  • 240 (1can) Fiamma Diced Tomatoes

  • 85g (1pkt) DuniaFood Tuna

  • 1tsp E/V Olive Oil

  • 1 Onion finely chopped

  • 1tsp Tomato Paste (kunserva)

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Some Fresh Basil Leaves

  • 20g Grated Cheddar

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and boil the pasta for 8 minutes.

  2. In the meantime, fry the onion in the olive oil until it starts taking colour.

  3. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste.

  4. Give it a stir and cook until it starts boiling.

  5. Reduce the heat and add the tuna and season to taste.

  6. Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly and turn off the heat.

  7. Add the basil leaves.

  8. When the pasta is ready mix it with the sauce and place it in a baking dish.

  9. Place some grated cheddar on top.

  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes, or until it takes some colour.
